Empath Counseling

Service Description

Many people are empaths and don't realize it, believing they are too sensitive to fit in anywhere. They often withdraw and avoid social situations rather than learning the "signs and symptoms" and the tools to handle them. You don't need to suffer with this any longer. This ongoing program is designed to empower and teach self care. If I get a enough people in individual counseling, I will create a group for added support and encouragement.
